Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Workz (“Workz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a software-as-a-service platform. By using Workz, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Use of the Service

Workz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal business or personal purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use Workz for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell Workz without permission

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential

  • All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Workz.

By using Workz, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Availability

We strive to keep Workz available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Fees and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed in advance

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

  • You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period

6. Termination

You may stop using Workz at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risks.

Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked.

7. Limitation of Liability

Workz is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workz shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that Workz will meet all your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Workz after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
