Workz is subscription-based. Fees are listed at signup and billed as agreed (e.g., monthly).

Payments are non-refundable unless we say otherwise.

We can suspend access if you don’t pay on time.

3. Intellectual Property

We own Workz (code, design, etc.). You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use it while subscribed.

Your data stays yours—we don’t claim ownership.

4. Termination

You can cancel anytime via your account. No refunds for unused time.

We can terminate your access for violating these Terms or non-payment.

5. Disclaimers

Workz is “as is.” We don’t guarantee it’s perfect or always up.

We’re not liable for losses from your use (e.g., data loss, downtime).

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Check here for the latest. Continued use means you accept changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms follow Florida law. Disputes go to Florida courts.
